Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HotelSeDirect, a hotel and accommodation partner registration, onboarding and property-management platform operated by NIKISOFT. By registering for or using HotelSeDirect, you agree to these Terms.

1. About HotelSeDirect

HotelSeDirect is intended for hotels, homestays and other accommodation providers and their authorised representatives. It allows participating properties to provide and manage property details, room categories, rates, availability, inventory, policies and related information.

Eligible participating properties may be displayed on SAFARU.IN, NIKISOFT's traveller-facing accommodation discovery and reservation platform.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must have authority to act for the accommodation provider you register or manage. You are responsible for ensuring that account users are appropriately authorised.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate and current registration information and to keep account details reasonably up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, OTPs and other authentication credentials and for activity carried out through your authorised account.

You should promptly notify NIKISOFT if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Property Information

Hotel partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information they provide, including property descriptions, photographs, amenities, room information, rates, taxes, policies, availability and inventory.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide photographs, logos, descriptions and other content uploaded through HotelSeDirect and to permit their use for operating and promoting the relevant property through NIKISOFT services.

5. Rates, Availability and Inventory

Hotel partners are responsible for maintaining accurate rates and availability. Inventory made available through HotelSeDirect may be used for accommodation reservations on SAFARU.IN.

Where a reservation is accepted from inventory supplied by the hotel, the hotel is responsible for honouring the confirmed accommodation arrangement subject to the applicable reservation and cancellation terms.

6. Reservations and Guest Relationship

SAFARU.IN enables travellers to discover participating accommodation and make reservations. HotelSeDirect enables the hotel partner to manage the hotel-side information and inventory used in that process.

The hotel remains responsible for delivering the accommodation and on-property services described in the applicable reservation.

7. Hotel Accommodation Payment

Under the current HotelSeDirect model, the guest pays the accommodation amount directly to the participating hotel, according to the payment instructions and terms applicable to the reservation.

The hotel is responsible for its accommodation charges, applicable taxes, invoices or receipts and any hotel-side refunds, except where a specific arrangement expressly provides otherwise.

8. Hotel Partner Commercial Terms

Hotel partners control their room rates and may create special rates, promotional offers and discounts to be offered directly to guests/customers.

The accommodation amount is paid directly to the participating hotel as described in Section 7.

9. Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows

Hotel partners must clearly maintain applicable cancellation, modification, refund and no-show conditions for their accommodation and rate plans. The treatment of a guest's accommodation payment is governed by the policy applicable to the relevant reservation.

Any separate NIKISOFT or SAFARU platform charge or commercial arrangement is governed by the applicable terms communicated for that service.

10. Property Approval and Listing

Registration does not guarantee publication on SAFARU.IN. NIKISOFT may review property information before approval and may request corrections, verification or additional information.

NIKISOFT may refuse, suspend, deactivate or remove a listing where information is materially inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms or applicable requirements.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse HotelSeDirect, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, submit fraudulent or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, upload unlawful material, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

12. Communications

NIKISOFT may send operational communications relating to registration, verification, security, property approval, inventory, reservations, payments and support through email, mobile messaging or WhatsApp where appropriate.

Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements and our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

HotelSeDirect, SAFARU.IN, associated branding, software, interfaces and platform content provided by NIKISOFT are owned by or licensed to NIKISOFT and may not be copied, misused or exploited except as permitted by the service.

Hotel partners retain their rights in property content they lawfully provide, while granting NIKISOFT the permissions reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content for operating, marketing and providing the relevant services.

14. Third-Party Services

The platforms may rely on third-party services such as hosting, messaging, payment, security or communications providers. Their independent services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Service Availability and Changes

NIKISOFT may update, improve, modify or temporarily suspend parts of HotelSeDirect for maintenance, security, legal, operational or technical reasons. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

16. Suspension or Termination

NIKISOFT may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, fraud, security concerns, material breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or material risk to travellers, accommodation providers or the platform.

A hotel partner may stop using the service and may contact NIKISOFT regarding account closure or data deletion, subject to outstanding reservations, financial obligations and lawful retention requirements.

17. Disclaimer and Limitation

HotelSeDirect provides technology and operational tools for accommodation partners. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NIKISOFT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular level of bookings, occupancy, revenue or commercial performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Compliance with Law

Hotel partners are responsible for complying with laws and regulatory requirements applicable to their property and operations, including registrations, licences, taxes, guest records and other accommodation-related obligations applicable to them.

19. Changes to These Terms

NIKISOFT may update these Terms when services, commercial arrangements or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on HotelSeDirect with an updated effective or revision date. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory rights or procedures available to the parties.

21. Privacy and Data Deletion
